The Neogard RTS Helipad System uses PMMA/PUMA technology to provide a system which can handle the toughest environments, can return to service as soon as one hour after installation, and can be installed in temperatures down to 20°F/-7°C. The high elongation properties of the PMMA/PUMA materials do not require reinforcement typical of other similar systems.
Our RTS Helipad System is specially designed to handle the impact and stresses caused by helicopter and urban air mobility vehicles, providing the protection your aviation facility needs. The 400 RTS Topcoat can be pigmented, providing durable and colorful markings. And, it uses #16 aluminum oxide aggregate for an aggressive non-skid surface profile.

The system can be opened to traffic one hour after top coat has been applied, even in cold temperatures.
Water cure concrete or use a sodium silicate curing compound. Acrylic or other film forming compounds will create issues with bonding and must be removed.
RTS materials can be applied in temperatures as low as 20°F/-7°C. With special instructions it can be applied in colder temperatures.
RTS materials can be applied hot weather; however, avoid applying in direct sunlight.
