Our medical plans provide comprehensive coverage, including prescription drug benefits and 100% coverage for preventive care services.
JONES-BLAIR Company offers two dental plan options that provide comprehensive coverage and in-network preventative care services. The plans also provide varying levels of coverage for basic, major and orthodontia services.
Our vision coverage provides coverage for eye exams as well as a benefit toward the purchase of glasses or contacts.
Health Savings Account
HSAs give enrolled employees the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses. When you use these accounts, you lower your taxable income, so you may pay less in current income taxes.
Insurance and Disability Coverage
JONES-BLAIR Company provides Basic Life Insurance equal to one and a half times your annual base salary. Optional voluntary life and dependent life coverage is available.
JONES-BLAIR Company provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance equal to two times your annual base salary. Optional AD&D and dependent coverage is available.
Short Term & Long Term Disability
Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage is available to help you maintain a portion of your income as a result of an illness or injury.
JONES-BLAIR Company provides 10 paid holidays per year.
PTO (Paid Time Off)
Fulltime employees accrue Paid Time Off beginning on the first day of employment. PTO may be scheduled for use as accrued and may e used for vacation, sick leave, religious holidays, and personal days.
Employees may take up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave.
Jury Duty Leave
JONES-BLAIR encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities when required. Employees may request up to one (1) week of paid jury duty leave over any two (2) year period.
Educational Assistance Program
JONES-BLAIR Company believes in the benefit of continuous learning. Eligible employees are encouraged to participate in accredited programs which will further their skills and knowledge for use in their current position or for use future positions with more responsibilities. Employees may be reimbursed for eligible expenses approved by the organization.
401K and Roth 401K Retirement
Retirement planning is important at any age. With this in mind, JONES-BLAIR offers a pre-tax or post-tax deferred plan to all eligible employees including employer match up to a defined contribution level.
