NEOGARD’s National Accounts is directed at heightened communications between the property owners’ centralized decision maker, their decentralized facility managers, our field sales staff, and our network of licensed applicators.

NEOGARD will be supportive in the competitive environment and will help our customers have a better understanding of the industry products and their potential impact on life cycle costing and capital expenditures, both nationally and regionally by putting our “best foot forward”.

 
  What do we mean by “best foot forward”?

•  Understanding the project needs prior to recommending a solution.

•  Decisions are made for best interest of the long term clients and not short term sales.

•  Honesty regarding the possible solutions.  If we don’t have a viable and competitive solution for your project we will
   bow out gracefully and point you in the right direction.

•  Developing the prescriptive specification for the best NEOGARD solution.

•  Guiding you to the best short list of contractors for the scope of your project.

•  Helping you retain the applicators best crew for your project.

•  Providing on-site observation and application training.

•  Warranting the product and, in some situations, standing with the applicator for the workmanship.

•  National and Regional Representatives  ensure that the customer is satisfied with internal teams, resolving problems –
   invoices
, access, service, etc.

•  Manage all aspects of the Account within that region using the sales force within that region.

•  We attempt to survey every owner of every project we warrant.

•  We have a stringent “licensed applicator program” for our top applicators.

•  Our local Regional Manager’s maintain regular contact with our most active licensed applicators to know who stands
   ready, willing, and able to perform.

Who is Denise?

Denise served as past vice president of the North Tallahassee, Florida Easter Seals Organization and past president of the National Conference of Catholic Facility Managers.  In addition, Denise served on the board of the Catholic Cemetery, National Council for Environmental Management of Facilities, and district representative for Pinellas County. She has worked in the private sector and public sector for construction and facility management and has presented at various conferences regarding facility planning and use.

She is a member of the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building Construction (CIB), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a LEED AP and a PIP educator with the Performance Based Research Studies Group of Arizona State University.  She joined NEOGARD in the National Accounts role in 2007.  Contact Denise at (850) 728-8230 or by E-Mail.
